It was working good these last few days now today it says error....and even IF I uni stalled and reinstalled it still says error and won't open...I need results so I can go back to work
Sucks so bad! Can't register. Repeatedly wipes out your registration info. Aggravating! Waste of time!

Wouldn't let me register (presumably because I'm not a US citizen), customer service closes at 4pm so I would have to wait until it opens tomorrow which is only a few hours before my scheduled flight. Fortunately the clinic I got my covid test at could print off the results so I can still travel in spite of the ineptitude of this app.
Very complicated to access.
This app has so many bugs. Too bad you're forced to use it. You're also forced to install adobe acrobat for Android.
Bad experience.
This app is HORRIBLE!!! It let's you go thru the steps and after answering all those questions it tells you "WE'RE SORRY." And tells you a crazy reason and need to call them. It's pointless to have this app and you can't get to where you need to and finish register. PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP OR GET RID OF THE UNNECESSARY THINGS SO PEOPLE CAN GO FORWARD AND REGISTER WITH NO PROBLEM.
